This apartment is about 900m from the JR Toyosaka station which is 20minutes from Niigata station. It is recommended for business travelers, couples and small families. 3 persons can stay in one room, so you can save accomodation fee. (but too small for 3) Free mineral waters are available in a refrigerator, and there is a very cheap vending machines in the premises. It is 200m to a convenience store. I can provied you meals with extra charge if you request. Parking fee is 500yen per night.

江戸後期から明治初期に建てられた元呉服屋さんをリノベーションしたお部屋です。築150年の建物で、いわゆる町家造りになっていて、入り口から土間が奥までつながっています。城下町である新発田市の新発田駅から徒歩10分で、近くにいくつかの酒蔵や酒蔵リゾート「五階菱」、日本庭園の「清水園」や数多くのお寺など、歩いて散策するのにピッタリです。商店街にあるので、ランチやディナーには事欠きません。お茶文化が盛んなので歩いてすぐのところに和菓子屋さんも多く、クラシック喫茶「二楽章」のような素敵な純喫茶や、カフェノバというオシャレなカフェ、三角フラスコという珈琲焙煎屋や、芋奉行という焼き芋屋さんなど、個人経営の素敵な店も沢山あります。商店部分でのコワーキングにも最適です。二部屋使う場合、二部屋目は2割引になっています。お子様割引もございます。計算しますので、お問い合わせ下さい。人数についても、布団の数のご用意があれば受け入れられますので、そちらもお問い合わせ下さい。ホテルのような便利さはありませんが、街全体に泊まるような滞在型観光施設としてお使い下さい。 ※8畳のお部屋。
